按揭是可以的，因为目前在售的是普通商品房，但是要等五证齐全后才能做按揭，签合同。我能理解你没有五证的感觉，但是像我们这样的改装房都是这样卖的。目前项目中仍有部分安置房未建成，暂不发证。到今年7月和8月，五证齐全，最迟今年12月。
